Large closets for storage, and high-speed internet for work or play. The home is only 15 minutes from Big Rapids for an easy commute but is away from all the busyness of town. The garage is available for parking your car so you can park out of the rain and snow. The large back yard has a fire pit for enjoying the cool weather of spring and fall and the nice summer nights.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We are full time hosts and vacation rental property managers with a passion for creating a memorable experience. We believe short-term and vacation rentals are the best way to travel and I have personally been using them for years.
