Walk to Lake Michigan in 4 minutes and down the pier to the lighthouse in 12. Enjoy the beach and take in the sunset. Check out all the shops downtown, also within walking distance, and grab a great meal at one of the local restaurants. Take in the sights of Ludington or take a drive along the lakeshore and check out the scenery. The unit is the lower unit in a 2-unit building, right on Ludington Ave - watch the holiday parades right out front!
Beautifully remodeled space within walking distance to the beach! Kitchen has all new appliances and coffee maker. Living area has new furniture and bathrooms have new fixtures. There's a sitting area right outside your door to watch the activity on Ludington Ave in addition to a shared deck area. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin over full bunkbeds, so while it can sleep up to 10, please know that it would be tight quarters if you max out the occupancy.
Please note you will be sent our rental agreement upon booking. Also, there is a maximum of 2 dogs allowed with a $75.00 pet fee.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We are full time hosts and vacation rental property managers with a passion for creating a memorable experience. We believe short-term and vacation rentals are the best way to travel and have personally been using them for years.
